Last night I woke up after hearing faint guitar screeches. The room was cold. I could see a faint whitish outline of a figure of what appeared to be a guy with an afro, bandana and pirate shirt playing an electric guitar. He kept whispering something about kissing a guy.

There's no such thing as ghosts. It sounds like you seen a Jimi Hendrix. Those are real, but harmless with exception to a few fires and a little vomit here and there.
