in a fight a gun would obviously win, but what is cooler and has more honor a sword or a gun?

if you had to choose the last battle of your life would you like to defend yourself with a gun or a sword?


do you agree that a sword may not be powerfull but it atlest makes you think twice befor you strike and with a gun you only shoot on instinct at times and like for example if your going to shoot a car window you would ...........

good question i actually like it. (although i hate violence..)
well i would want the sword. ( i like to fence..)
it is more honorable to die by a sword, so whoever was trying to kill me at least might have a better afterlife. (yea im nice to even the person tryin to kill me u better believe it)
plus- i cant stand guns.

I get to talk about my real profession for a change! I am in the law enforcement field, and have know many instructors who agree that a knife is a better weapon than a gun. The average gun fight occurs at a distance of 10-12 feet. At the distance, with both participants unloading, usually only 1-3 bullets hit...- you don't have to reload swords.
Also, if a man were to run at a cop with a sword, do you know how much clearance the cop would need to get off two shots?
(recognize threat, pull weapon, aim, fire, fire)
