The DC bar is the easiest one in the country to pass. Most people get waived into it if their score on their state bar is high enough.

If Hillary Clinton is the "smartest woman in the world" because she's a leading candidate to become president, then that means you think George Bush is the "smartest man in the world", don't you?
The truth is that many people (over 1/4, I believe) don't pass the Bar on the first try. Since she is a rather ambitious person, maybe she bit off more than she can chew at that particular moment in her life.

Did you ever hear the one about Bill,Hillary,the Pope and a boyscout on an airplane? The pilot comes back and tells them the plane is going to crash but they only have 3 parachutes.Bill stands up and proclaims I'm a former president and one of the most influential men in the world.I must have a parachute.he gets up straps on the parachute and jumps from the plane.Next,Hillary says I'm the smartest woman in the U.S. and I.m running for president,I must have one of the parachutes.With that she gets up straps on a parachute and jumps out of the plane.The Pope then says to the boyscout 'son I'm an old man and have lived a long full life I want you to take the last parachute.The boyscout stands up and says to the Pope 'Your Holyness there's no need to worry the smartest woman in the U.S. just strapped on my backpack and jumped out of the airplane.'

Edit: Hillary says in her book "Living History" that she failed the bar exam. How is this now a lie? She failed the D.C. bar exam but passed the Arkansas one. Bar exams are given by state, for the edification of anoldmick.

if she took it in the winter she did it the same way as 38% that take it did she did not get a high enough score.
it pays to take the exam in the summer only 20% fail it then.
i guess she just screwed up and did not do as well as she should have first time around.
you passed the bar exam when?

Before you ridicule, lots of people flunk the bar exam. John Kennedy Jr. flunked it two or three times before passing it. Have you taken it? I haven't, but my brother with a photographic memory has and he says its hard.
Oh, but let me guess. You're the smartest man in the world, right?

There IS no bar exam for practicing law in Washington, D.C.
On top of that, any lawyer who has passed the bar in any of these United States has only to show proof of having done so in order to be issued license to practice law in any other state or the municipality of Washington, D.C. They don't have to re-take the exam. Why do you think you have to lie about Mrs. Clinton?

Those standardized tests aren't meant to be aced first shot by everyone bud. Professional licensing exams take months to study for if you want to pass one first shot.
