Bepending on what you get, yes but if you covr it in one kind of unhealthy thing it'll add up and it won't be.

I think that it depends on what you order. Of course overall I think that Subway has the best idea about healthy food (as far as quick service restaurants go), but the consumer should make it a point to be in the know about what kinds of foods are considered healthy and also what their idea of healthy is.. If you are watching carbs probably not a good idea to go in there and order a 12 inch veggie sub. Yeah it sounds healthy but all of that bread can wreck a carb based diet. If you are watching fat or calories then a 12 inch Veggie sub would be the way to go. Of course I wouldn't dare to call a meatball or pizza sub with extra cheese "health food".

I think its the lesser of two evils. Its better that they are offering more nutrious sides such as apples, raisins, salads and such, but it is still heavily processed food with lower nutritional value than fresh. It may be possible to lose weight if that is your goal, but if you are concerned with nutrition and health, it is high in nitrites, sodium, and preservatives. Cheese offers calcium, but cholesterol is increased as well as fat. So in my opinion, I do not believe it is as healthy as "they" say. Besides, Jared looks likes he may be either gaining a few pounds or retaining water from all that sodium.

It completely depends on what you order. I get the six inch Veggie Delight on wheat with no cheese or mayo. Unfortunately, sometimes I get Frito's with it, so that totally blows the healthy part!

Yes it can be. It all depends on what you get. What really adds to the "unhealthy" factor is the Cheese and condiments. The basics are actually not bad at all.

It depends on what you eat there, and how much of it you eat. A 6" sub without a lot of dressing is a lot healthier than a fried cheeseburger and order of French Fries.
