I used to operate a catering truck. I went to great lengths to keep it clean. I spent a couple of hours every evening squaring things away. It wasn't difficult getting a license from the Department of Health, but I made damn sure I wasn't going to lose it. I hate that slang term you used. The only roaches connected to my catering business were possibly the ones falling off of some of the less savory customers.

like my parents would make us as children. As an adult no. How can you eat off a vehicle that has roaches on it. Everybody I know who has eaten off those things gets the runs.
