It wouldn't bother me if I were hanging out with a good friend. If I were hanging out with a normal friend, it would be awkward with the awkward silences because I'm not as comfortable around them. :D

Certain people I don't mind the silence, and other people I feel like I have to talk about something and keep the convo going. I think it's fine sometimes, but others it bothers me.

it does kinda bother me when that happens - I'm not too sure whether they think it's awkward or not, and that drives me nuts because I'm not always sure what to say and not make it weirder .
that only happens with one of my buds though. that friend and me were so close we knew exactly what the other was feeling but now it's kind of quiet with us

That usually occurs between me and my bestfriend. He's a guy, so it's not surprising. And I'm not much of a talker either. We just walk together in silence. And we actually enjoy it.

it would bother me, its not hanging out unless your playing the staring game to not be conversing with one another

My best friend and I can go all day with out speaking and still have fun. But other times we can't stop talking.

It all depends on what we're doing. If we are just sitting there then I need to talk but If we're like watching t.v. then I can go hours without talking

its like marrige, best friends that dont have to talk to each otrher to enjoy each others company, conversation isnt the only way we comunicate between one and other
