is using bitcomet/P2P downloading anything illegal??? my friend downloads .iso (psp games), tv series, and things he gets from mininova.com. is it illegal? i heard that it only matters if you're not seeding and hes not, but when hes downloading it saids "upload: xxxkb/s" is that illegal too???

If it's copyrighted material and the copyright owner didn't say you could download it, it's illegal.

Whether it matters and whether you'll get caught are different questions. As is the question, in an illegal download, of which people involved are breaking the law (uploader, downloader, connection software creator, connection software user, connection server, ISP's, other communication line owners).

Downloading is illegal if your not paying for the stuff your downloading like pirated songs, pirated movies and pirated software.
