Chamber works are not one of my favourite branches of the classical music, yet I have my own exceptions.

Vivaldi's L'estro Armonico and le Quatro Stagioni are my foremost faves, followed by Bach's Brandenburg Concertos and the Orchestral Suites. Then I have recently discovered a string quartet by Brahms: String Quartet No. 1 in C minor. The final movement is unrivaled in its intensity.

I have also tried to listen to Biber's Mystery Sonata; it's also very interesting. So that's all my faves.

Haydn String Quartets (any)
Shostakovich Piano Quintet
Debussy and Ravel's String Quartets (they always seemed to be lumped together!)
Beethoven - Cello Sonatas, Violind Sonatas
Bach - Sonatas for Gamba and Harpsichord.
and my very favourite of all Mozart Violin Sonata K377
