Because football season is here and the pickens are slim. Get real people, its a question and answer game for the fun at heart. My best friend and I are having fun. No need to accuse of rape, my husband likes when I get freaky. I don't need to intoxicate my man to get him to have sex with me. I wish I could say the same honey.

If you do that, you could be charged with rape. Having sex with someone who is drunk or passed out is considered RAPE since they cannot give their permission. So, my answer would be a resounding NO WAY IN H***! Plus, I wouldn't stoop so low to do something that sleazy and perverted.

My husband likes when I start while he's sleeping.....it wakes him up in a very good way. But I never would have done it the first time if we hadn't discussed it before which is when he told me it was ok (don't remember why we were talking about it).
Also...being indicted on rape of a spouse if VERY difficult, and actually having them convicted is even harder (as said by my mother in law whose a detective).

The party was at our house. She had too much to drink and passed out on the living room couch. After all the guests left, I didn't have sex with her, but I took all her clothes off, scattered them around the room, and left her on the couch, covered her with a blanket, and went to bed.
