I have one piercing on each ear, in the normal spot. I have decided to get a second piercing. I cant decide which ear, or if I should get both. NO CARTILIDGE!!! NoNoNoNoNo!
I need your opinion on this.

Not sure why u only want to do just one ear.. u could be read wrong by other people..
I have 2 in each ear.... one in the normal spot to wear dangle earrings.. and one up higher that I have studs in.. I wear the studs all the time.. and if going dressy.. add the dangly ones as well..
I guess put it in the right one !!!! ha ha

I vote for getting both second holes put in. Just wear little studs in both until they are well healed, then you can wear them in whichever ear you choose. You'll be able to decide if you feel more left or more right that day. And as a bonus you will have a matched set for dressing up.

Get both ears done just above the ones you have and just midway in the earlobe.
