A TSB is not a warranty. It is designed to be an assistance to repair. Usually if a specific model has some known issues they make a TSB to help diagnose and repair the problem faster.

TSB = Technical Service Bulletin.

It is a repair guideline, not a recall.

Technical Service Bulletins only bring "possible" and known problems to technicians attention.

No, you can't get free repairs.
