the parts on your car are built to last from stock engine ratings if you upgrade you have to replace the tranny and the exhaust system and the intkae system and probably the valves and the head for 200 hp
you can do that by getting a big turbo that can have high boost pressures
if you want to do it its gon cost big bucks
you will have to replace tranny axles pistons crankshaft heads valves maybe block axles suspension to handle new weight a lot more things but i forgot

Ok, so lets say you want that 200 HP. Start off with a High Performance cam, high flow heads, mess with the compression, add a supercharger, or a turbocharger, lets say that you can manage to squeeze that 200 extra HP out of your engine.
Now comes the fun part.
Your stock transmission was not built to transfer 500 HP....BAM, new Transmission, or beef up yours. = $$$
With 200 added HP, your gonna need a better drive shaft, not to mention a new length of one to fit the transmission you just dropped in. = $$$
Performance isn't just an "Engine" thing, what about the gears in your rear end? You gonna swap those out too? = $$$
Now that you got 500 HP pushing you around, can your stock axle-shafts handle that stress? = $$$
How do you plan on stopping those 500 HP? Need better brakes. = $$$
With the added weight and the high speeds you are likely gonna be driving at, do you really think that stock suspension can handle OK? = $$$ $$$ $$$
See, this isn't a game where you just slap 200 HP on with a few little things, to get that kind of performance, you are talking money, work, and time. When you cut costs trying to get more HP, and you get cheap, that's when people get dead. Use your head kid, forget it.

So you want a cheap 200 HP on a car that won't hurt the car any...
Not going to happen. The drivetrain in your car is most likely not built to handle that kind of horsepower. You'll destroy the tranny and/or the rear end, if you don't blow the engine first.
To do it right you'll have to drop some decent money. You could just sell the car and buy a GTO...

There's a saying as old as hot rodding. Cubic horses cost cubic$$$$$$. And a saying that was around when your great grand father was a kid, "There's no free lunch". Everything costs money. Especially adding 200 horses to a car. And the cost doesn't stop with the adding. Horses are hungry and must be fed. The more the hosses the more the feed. Again, $$$$$$$$$.

The only way to add substantial HP to a car is forced induction. Either a turbo or a supercharger. Even that probably won't get you the gains you want without many other mods. They don't come cheap, either.

these three things will give u the horsepower gains you seek. high lift camshaft, high flow heads, and an increase in compression ratio. with these mods u will need increased full flow as well.
