what all are the services i should ask for in getting it cleaned? duct cleaning, windows? steam cleaning or dry cleaning carpets? do the cleaners do sealing also?

I do housecleaning privately and house cleaners do not typically include carpet cleaning in their services. They may be able to recommend someone, however. Duct cleaning is something that needs to be done by a professional also. Sealing? As in sealing what? Floors? That is not a cleaning service and something else that needs to be done by a floor specialist.
