its true you can get it without sex but i disagree with the person who said hpv are warts, that is not always true. some people go years and years without even knowing that they have it and i was told by the doctor 80% of the population has hpv but that doesnt mean you have to have symptoms. sometimes you may carry it for years without it showing up on a test.i know im speaking from experience my doctor told me i had pre cancerous cells that is most likely caused by hpv. i have NO symptoms what so ever so if i didnt go to my regular checkups i would have never known. also guys can have hpv but theres no way to really test for it on men. one more thing do research before you consider gardisil that has not really been tested well and it hasn't been out long enough look into other options first in case u have it and good luck.

HPV (human papilloma virus) is not discharge, and has nothing to do with discharge. It is little warts, usually about the size of a medium ball point. Sometimes they cluster, particularly in women.

You could get it without intercourse, but you would need to have some sexual contact... genital to genital, or a finger going back and forth, something like that. A condom is not adequate protection either.

If you think you have these, google HPV or the full name and look at images. You should find enough there to give you a good idea of whether it's your problem or not, and put you off your dinner as well. :-P

If you've never had sex before, you should consider getting the HPV vaccine made by Gardasil. They won't give it to someone whose been sexually active, but you could be very well protected if you haven't been yet.

It's true if you have contact with a person's blood it could happen... or germs. Get checked first before thinking rash!
