I got my ears pierced a month ago or longer, and it's supposed to be healed by now. I have attempted to put in other earrings a couple times but it bled both times. I wonder if it is my long acrylic nails digging into my piercing (I can't really help it, unless you have some technique suggestions). Anyway, has this happened to you? Do I just need to wait another month? (I don't want to wait!). Do you have any other suggestions or info?

Put in some thick studs.. w/ a short post.. and learn to sleep in them.. do not sleep on either ear..
the back of the head or make it so u are not on ur ear..
let them stay in a month to expand the hole..

2ndly.... buy the earrings that are not studs and they are all one piece... to slip in ur ear.. and not fight with them

get them at Macy's ,Dillard's or at the mall..nothing cheap..
better to wear the same expensive earrings than have them get infected..

It's probably a combination of your nails and the fact that your ears haven't been pierced that long. I had the same problem. I know you want to wear all those pretty earrings but be patient. I would give them another month to heal and be sure to clean them at least once daily. Your should also turn your new earrings daily. Hope this helps

Let it heal first. Have patience. Leave it in for three months or so. Don't be so hasty. That's probably the main reason, or maybe your poking the wrong places. Especially if the hole is not healed yet, it could mean your just making it take longer for the holes to heal because youre just stabbing the raw parts.

It really depends on the kind of earring.
If the material that it's made of is really cheap, then it makes it infected and that's the reason why it's bleeding.
The earring that peirced you is most likely pure, so just use that for now.
It really should be in longer :)
