How are these effects made?

Please watch this silverlight video (in middle of the page):

and tell me how do they make such a nice panoramic or 3D effect. Video editor? Screen capture software? Or does silverlight do that?

Since Silverlight will not install without my doing about 20 individual steps in several different windows - such Microsoft stupidity - but since it is a demo of the product on that page (Web Expressions) presumably it was done with that. Silverlight, since they are sort of giving it to us, is presumably the runtime needed to show the effects.
