well i know sleeping can help a headache and also cough drops help a sore throat. so like take a cough drop then go to sleep for a while it should probably work. Oh and if that doesn't work i would take a pain killer, but that would be my very last option! Hope you feel better!

After the performance, lie on something soft. (like the bed, couch, etc.) Drink some water, watch TV, take a nap.......
You will get better
If you get sore throats, maybe you should drink some medicine for soar throats to feel better

well take some pain killers depending on how bad it is and before and after every concert drink a hot cup of tea with lemon and honey in it. Make sure you have a lot of sleep, and for headaches pain killers that is what I take.

When you wake up in the morning, boil water, squeeze lemons in it, it'll help your vocal cords and it'll also clear your face up.
