I dont know about you but i just like the wwe better when there are heel commentators.

It does work better that way when listening to the commentary.
Two faces doesn't always work, as it makes face wrestlers seem greater than they really are in comparison to a heel. People like Don West (unfortunately), Tazz, and JBL should be heel commentators. But in the WWE, heel status is constantly destroyed when commentators defend each other in situations (Jerry Lawler, for example, fought for JR multiple times, as Tazz did for Michael Cole).

do you mean 1 commenter is heel on each show? like jbl, jerry the king, and tazz would all be heel. If thats what you mean then yes i think so.

Lawler- Heel to Face (Heel in games)
Tazz- Face/Heel (it goes both ways in real life and games)
JBL- Face/Heel (goes both ways in real since he gives props to clean superstars in matches and i dont know about the game yet since he wasnt a commentator yet when 07 came out)

Jerry Lawler was a heel but he became legendary...
Tazz was a heel because he attacked Lawler... then he became funny...
JBL is a GOD.
