Step back and "observe" the situation...usually things resolve themselves. Sometimes we have to take a hard look at our actions and see how they contribute to the chaos and try to make changes if they are really necessary.

Just remaining calm, say a prayer, try again, and leave the drama behind. I like to get on my computer...my outlet...or go work out to have some time to think. Music is also a good one for me...light Jazz or some Classical. These things usually get me over the drama and chaos.

mmmmmm well we`ll keep the medication as it is ? hee hee ( not alaughing matter really?) Before it gets to that stage I have to just stop and stand still, cut out things immediately that I can (it is a drastic step but I can`t cope other wise) then I have a look at what`s left and if I can ask for some help to take the strain which means I can give more attention to the here and now. Apart from that I stick my head in the sand ha ha ha it`s all true too.

I leave already a side and go rest. I always go to a beach or a mountain creek to relax. Listen to the wind blowing at me makes it special. I always get my mind clear from problems. Also it is good to have a friend next to you.
