It's doubtful they'll do it anytime soon, but it's fun to dream, right?
Characterwise, I think Dr. Strange, Ghost Rider, and the Fantastic Four would be good marvel additions. For Capcom representation, I'd like to see Viewtiful Joe, Leon Kennedy, and everyone from Darkstalkers (Or at least Hsien-Ko).
They should also work on character balance and tone down Cable, Sentinel, Magneto, and Storm.

That's a very ambitious project. Partly for licensing reasons, I don't think they would do it, but also it would be a very difficult script to write and keep balanced in terms of powers and charater development.

now this a truly mind-boggling question because there are endless possibilities
nonetheless, the characters id like to see (besides the ones in MvC and MvC2) are blade, thing and human torch, galactus, punisher, hulk from world war hulk and iron fist to name a few
cant think of any for capcom at the moment
anyway, MvC3 would be awesome ^_^
