I'm not sure what a 'silly' question is. But none of the questions on P&S are silly. That's what it's about here, isn't it? Anything goes.

Not really...I ask all kind of silly questions but, I have seen even more silly questions than mine...I think is fun to ask silly questions though.

it depends how you look at it and if it is a question seeking an honest answer
this statement is used to let those able to ask a question feel comfortable to ask a question, not just to feel because they dont know the answer its silly question.
yet there are those on open forums as this one that use it purposefully to ask a silly -question-which is a question yet its not an honest question seeking an answer.
