Probably a administrative assistant or virtual assistant. I'm surprised you haven't asked your bookkeeper or accountant - unless they are also having second thoughts about having you as a client.

90% of what happens in a business is 'boring' and 'tedious' paper work. Oprah hates paperwork too but she also knows, if she doesn't have a handle on what's in that 'paperwork' her business goes down the tubes.

If you already have your accountant and bookkeeper what else would you need? An accountant can prep your paperwork and the bookkeeper can do the work and basically help each other maintain your books the proper way. All you should be doing is bringing in the sales. If this is not how you have your company set up you need to review your accountant and bookkeepers responsibilities. Let me know if you need more advice as I am a FC Bookkeeper. Wish you the best of luck.

ok you have an accountant and bookkeeper. It is VITAL to any good business to have a GOOD LAWYER--they do a lot of the start-up work and make sure you are set up right, including name search (that the name is available) and initial tax filings for resale numbers, employer ID numbers, etc etc. When I formed my sub-S corporation in 1994, I checked a bunch of law firms before I settled on one. Filings took about 4 weeks to complete, but it was THOROUGH and done right. I never had a tax or legal issue that I could not quickly resolve with ONE phone call.
