A White guy doesn't like another dude because he is a total jerk, like a cross between Puff Daddy and Urkel.

No, a racist hates because a person is a certain color or religion. You are allowed to dislike people individually without regard to race.

It doesn't make him racist if he doesn't like him because he's a jerk, but it would if he didn't like him because of his race.
