id have to say that the answer to all those questions would depend heavily on the girl in question. but in general
hair wavy,but straight isnt bad either
bright colors
skirt
some makeup
hair down
however dont underestimate the importance of personality

~ whats best, dress, skirt, pants, or shorts? depends. pants are good if you can work them. dress for ocassion. skirts if you really like the guy.
~ make up or no make up? just a tad, no clown stuff.
~ hair down or up? depends on your outfit?

I like a variety of hair styles, one day wavy one day straight, but not tight nit curls!!! I like tight bright colored shirts that say i am not afraid to stand out, because i know that i am hott, and i know you think so too!!! I like dresses for some reason they turn me on! but i also like pants and mini skirts just don't wear dresses everyday, MIX IT UP!!! I like no make up or very little make up because it gives the care free kind of look. I like hair pulled back from the face, so i can look at it and admire the beauty. On special occasions i like hair down cascading down their back! Don't cover your eyes with make up gunk or i can't stare into them! but it doesn't matter what i think, it is about what you think and about what makes you comfortable!!! You are beautiful!!!

i know i am not a guy [ha] but i used to want to know exactly what guys like me to wear, but really, so many guys have so many different opinions and styles and are so many ages that i dont think all of them will ever agree on one look. so dont wear what others want you to wear, although advice is good sometimes, wear what you think looks good on you.
