in public, it's "OUCH!!!!!"

at home however, it's usually "arayyyyyyy ko poo...ang sakit sakit naman" (it really hurts!!!) and then i bawl like a baby!!!!!!

that depends on the people i'm with.. if im comfortable with the people around me i shout 'aray' but if not 'oucch'

Ouch, hey what did you do that for? At home if on purpose. If by accident I just let it go so the other person doesn't feel worse than they already do.

In the Philippines I would shout "aray" to let the people around me know that I'm in pain.

But now... I am here... I might say "ar-ouch!!!"

No "aray" for we are not a tagalog speaking city. I usually used "ouch" only when i am at home but not on public places. When people accidentally bump at me or someone step on my toes, i just stare at them as if "if looks could kill" and they will go away as fast as they can...:)
