a 25-lb weight plate at the gym, when I was preparing to do weighted crunches on the decline bench.
Of course, I hold it on my chest while I am crunching, but I put it on my lap when I first climb on the bench.

a extemelyy upset "little person" named steve because of the drinking I was doing...seemed like it would get a lot of laughs which it did...but...looking back now i have to say i regret it.

I got it.....tell him u dropped a maree jah wahna seed and didnt want my wife to find it since she thinks I quit ( dammmmm it i hope she dont read this either) and if she does, ill tell her it was a lie to make sleepy NOT kill me....whew....glad i got that covered.
