This happened to me once. I was straightening up my desk and found some gibberish like that in my daughter's writing. It turned out she was on the phone and writing a note to communicate to her brother without interupting her phone conversation. The funny thing was, it was on a homework paper.

Booger stands for dried nasal mucus.
Reading the whole episode, I get the feeling that your friend does not pay attention to what the teacher says in the class as he is more interested in her in a different way; that he asks questions (like furniture arrival time) which the teacher does not like. She probably wants your friend to concentrate on important things, be more alert (e.g. remove the nasal waste) and he (your friend) wouldn't then ask 'stupid' questions of the teacher!

If he really likes her (as friend or more or whatever) why would he steal from her? rummage through her things? invade her privacy?
Hmmm --- it sounds like you should be less concerned with her notebook and more concerned with your friend's anti-social behavior.
