The virtually sure things:

Asia -- South Korea and Japan
CONCACAF -- USA and Mexico
Africa -- South Africa
South America -- Argentina and Brazil

A lot in Europe will depend on the luck of the draw and the rule that they use to establish the draw. In the past, UEFA has combined rankings with performance in recent confederation competitions (Euro Championships -- including qualifying -- and World Cup qualifying). There are several teams that are border-line between one and two and border-line between two and three. I can easily see a draw in which say England, the Czech Republic, and Turkey are in one group, Germany, Sweden, and Scotland in a second group, and Spain, Greece, and the Ukraine in a third group.

In Asia and Africa, you still have two draws to go. Four of your five teams from Asia could be in the same fourth round group which would mean only three could go.
