If your referring to the lower intake and your torque wrench shows Newton Meters its done in 3 phases to 6,12, and 15 Nm. what that translates to in ft lbs I dunno but im pretty sure 65 is a little high. The 4 bolts in the middle are torqued first in an X pattern than the back two and finally the front two. Dont forget to put a good bead of silicone across the front and back overlapping the gaskets 1/2" on each end.

Your local auto parts store has a repair manual for your vehicle for around $20 with all the torque specs and other good info. No sane or prudent person would start removing and replacing components without one.
