Sounds like you and your mother should check out the LifePakWoman and Estera line - all pure and natural, also if you don't eat fish they have the purest Marine Omega 3 harvested from krill in the Antartic. These products are all pure and natural and are mixed with other natural ingredients to also provide your body with more antioxidants. They are synergystically formulated so every capsule is identical in ingredients and passed world anti doping agency tests etc etc...so that may be more than you know about any shelf product out there. Multivitamins are important to overall health as no matter how hard we try we can't get all the good stuff from food that our bodies need. Ist we could never eat that much and 2nd the food itself isn't what it used to be 100 years ago. This is the perfect time to improve your overall health and increase your antioxidant levels as you are still healthy and not "sick" yet. Give your body what it wants. The Estera line has three different types formulated for what a persons body is going through. If you are on birth control or hormonal drugs the Estera products virtually wipe out the risks involved of taking the other drugs as the Estera helps the liver to function properly - which the other drugs don't do.
The Estera is much cheaper if ordered with the Life Pak and delivered monthly, there are many other healthy less expensive vitamins to choose from...but with the LifePak you will most likely even feel healthier within a month of taking them according to the directions. They have been known to significantly slow down the "aging" process.......and make feel and even look healthier in time. These are the type of products only fortunate to know or hear about or be wealthy in the U.S. and have the money to stay healthy- people generally are using, we are talking Olympic standards here.
Be proactive and embrace your health.

It is not normal to feel tired all the time - trust me I have been there and everybody kept saying just eat right, exercise, etc. - but I felt like crap - I would actually be at a red light and put my car in park because my eyes would shut.

After some blood work - they found out it was my thyroid - so if you feel something is wrong with your health - get it checked out by a doctor and don't take NO for an answer.

Good luck!

Don't be scared...
It could be a thyroid condition.
The Thyroid gland, located at the base of the neck, regulates how energy is used in the body.
When the thyroid does not produce enough hormone in the body, you have a condition that exists called hypothyroidism.

Symptoms of hypothyroidism may include:
- feeling tired, weak, and depressed
- constipation
- feeling cold often

Estrogen fluctuations may also be a factor in you feeling tired all the time.

Please check with your doctor. It could just be sleep deprivation.
Take care. Keep me posted.

Perhaps you need a multivitamin every day.

Some extra vitamin C helps to absorb more iron and a suitable amount to take would be 500 mg a day.

Perhaps you need an iron supplement as well.

The most common reason a person is tired is low iron. Your doctor can run a blood test to see if yours is low.

You may have iron deficiency. Ask your GP to do a blood test.

You didn't mention exercise, or if you eat a healthy diet. You would not be so tried, if you watch what you eat and drink, and exercise.
