Would anyone know what kind of computer language this is? ~BLH:SB_CODE[~IELEM1] = '2687'?

The '2687' references an insurance company in a database and I understand what this code does, I just don't know what the language is. Thanks for any input!

This could be a snippet of almost anything, it could even be debug code in an ODBC driver if you're seeing it...
Do you have more of the source to offer?

The SB_Code is likly a variable set somewhere in the the source, much like am sure getidby() was probably used to obtain the INS specific id.
