By talking to the system/web admin and ask if he/she can unblock some of them.

If you try to bypass it by your self you can get fired.

Well, it basically comes down to one thing....

Do you want to keep your job?

If you do, then forget it!!! It's simply not worth losing the job initially, or having an employer on your record that will, more than willingly, report to any other potential employer in the future, that you were fired for misuse of company/corporate resources. That will burn you for a long time to come, so you'd better do some serious thinking before you open up that can of worms on your future career.

You don't. You are only allowed what you need to do your job.
This is not at all uncommon.
Do you mean the internet?? Often the reason it is blocked is not to prevent you from getting out, but to prevent someone from getting in. Hackers, you know.
