Well I know body language is key..but how do you know if he is looking at you thinking your attractive or just a random glance with no meaning behind it. Is there a twinkle in their eye to look for? a certain 'look'? Give me some signs to look for.

If he looks at you a second time and then a third time - he's definitely interested in you. This is not by chance. It's an intentional behavior. He is hoping that you will return his look.
If you want to pursue it, then look back at him a few times. Before you know it, he'll walk over to you and start talking.

to know if he is attracted is when he look at you alot and when he see you he start to blush and start to say weird things.
