Twice. Once in New Jersey and once in South Carolina. Both times it took 2 hours to get food, so I just went to the bathroom out of boredom.

A few times. We have several of them in our town, and I've been to all of them. One of them is a pit though. Just plain nasty, so we haven't been back to it in over a decade and a half.

i eat there all the time. i love their soup and salad and do not forget the bread sticks. maybe you are just going to the wrong one. give them another try.
