No it dosn't. It's just another thing that shows how backslidden our country has come spiritually from even 50 years ago. The people here talking about being hypicritcal because conservitives are pro-war and pro-guns but anti-abortion don't seem to understand what we beleive about them very well. We are pro-war only in the sense we will not allow another country/terrorist orginization to come into ours, kill thousands of innocent citizens, then get off without any punishment. If a democrat had been president he would have probably sent them a fruit basket asking them to not do it again or maybe gone so far as to shoot a cruise missle at them (Clinton did so to Afghanastan to try and kill Osama Bin Laden) instead of actually doing something about it. At least Bush has the balls to not let our country get attacked without making the people responsible pay. Oh and pro-gun?? wtf do you even know how many people in the US hunt or us guns for recreation? If there was a law passed stating guns are illegal then maybe all the law abiding citizens will turn theres in but do you really think the criminals will? Heck no they will keep them and the citizens will then no longer have any protection. Plus imagine the thoughts of a country where a large majority of it's citizens owns a firearm... would you want to try and take it over? Oh and please explain to me how it is pro-choice when the baby has no say in the matter? Biblically that fetus is a baby for God knows us in our mothers womb. Even if I wasn't a Christian it would still disgust me to think of our race killing our own babies before they are even born. If the woman dosn't want the baby maybe she should have had sex! Now I think that's a choice she could live with a lot easier. And if she does get pregnant but dosn't want the baby then for God's sake give the poor child up for adoption and let it live it's life and you can continue with yours.

nope. i think that as pro life becomes more common, you will find more and more women having abortion simply for convinience, and less and less because of more complicated issues. The saying "give someone an inch and they take a foot" is very applicable. If abortion (and birth control)is to be legalized at least it should be regulated so that ppl don't start doing it like an annual doctor visit.

how can you be anti-war, against genocide, but pro-abortion?
PRO Abortion? who claims that? Oh I see you claim that of others...how convenient. All I can say is I'm not ready to decide for others what they should do, about a pregnancy that I was not involved in. Each person has to make decisions about their life for themselves, and how they view the world by their experiences. some might call that personal responsibility, they must choose for themselves.

Halofan said "We are pro-war only in the sense we will not allow another country/terrorist orginization to come into ours, kill thousands of innocent citizens, then get off without any punishment."
Perhaps he forgets our little faux pas in Nagasaki and Hiroshima? That Democrat didn't flinch, did he? More is the pity.
I have seen plenty of hypocrisy on both sides of the fence. Take the mote out of thine own eye, before you try to remove the beam from someone else's.

why conservatives are such hypocrites?
how can you be pro-life, support war, pro death penalty?
having believes does not make anyone a hypocrite
a hypocrite claims to believe when in fact he does not

How can you be pro life, but yet be for torture.
How come Neocons care about the baby before it is born, and care nothing about the child once it comes into the world.

Everyone is a hypocrite in one way or another. In 30 years i haven't met one person who wasn't in at least one way. Cons are anti-abortion, but pro death penalty and war. Hypocrisy all around.

First no one is pro-abortion. Regardless of how you choose to spin it.. Pro-choice yes. Many prefer not to legislate peoples private lives and private acts.
Second I have to snicker at your choice of the word hypocrite. This coming from a non-liberal? Look to your own before you start pointing fingers.

Last time I checked, America isn't fighting a war against fetuses, nor are women's unwanted children a political party.
Unless I missed something.

Liberals have to be hypocrites, the same as The Right. No one can actually practice what they preach. Humans err and Christians are raised to believe they are sinners. They work hard to live up to expectations.
