When you register for/sit for the SAT, you can have your scores sent to up to 4 colleges/universities for free, directly from College Board.

You can't send scores directly through your application; while of course you could list them there, the colleges won't accept them until they get them directly from College Board. If you want to send scores to colleges OTHER THAN those you've already specified on your registration or test, go to collegeboard.com's "view and send scores" area and follow the instructions. It costs something like $10 for each additional college you want to recieve your scores; you can do this all online with a credit card.
