When u wash ur hair do you put the shampoo in ur hand 1st or just put it on ur head???

I put it on my hand first so I can see how much I'm using. I squirt a bit on my hand about the size of a 50p for the first wash and work it to a bit of a lather before putting it to my hair. For the 2nd wash I squirt a bit the size of a 5p...just a titchy amount...and do the same thing again. If you just squirt it straight onto your head you get a big dollop that doesn't work in properly and you can't tell how much you're using.

Putting it on your head is more effective because some may slip from your hands. It will make your hair look perfect. But really, both don't make a difference. I just put it on my head.

It goes in one palm and then I spread it around the other palm and shampoo with both hands. Do you mean you dump it on your head?
