As far as I can tell, Uncle Darth has to be able to see his target in order to use the Force on him. So if Superman uses his top speed, he can get quite a few super punches in.

Plus, Superman is invulnerable to energy weapons like the lightsaber. If it had the same wavelength as Kryptonite waves, then it would hurt Superman. But it still might not kill him.

Superman wins hands down, Superman is too quick and too strong for Vader to do anything to him. Superman could freeze him with his breath and punch him into a million pieces
