Think as far back as you can remember. Find that very first memory you have, and journal why you think that is your "first breath" in an analogy.
Or you can interview those loved ones who were there the day you were born and have them tell you all it.
Or do a combination by conjoining the two ideas: Uncle Jim says that the moment I entered this world I was smiling and looked lovingly into his eyes, but as I remember our first encounter I was kicking him in the shin for tugging my pigtail.

well I don't exactly remember coming out of the womb. The furthest back I can remember is about 3 years old when My parents took my brothers and me to the lake. We did this every summer an I would look so forward to going to lake until my parents divorced and we had to sell the cottage ......

Its so dark and why does it hurt so sometimes, and what is happening to me, where am I going for goodness sake I can't breathe owww....noise lots of noise where am I why can't I bre...wahh...wahh... "there you go" who said that, this is how I came to take my first breath, I know this because my mom video taped the whole thing and is saving it, she says, for me.
