No...The planning for the attacks of 9-11 were done well before President Bush was in Office. Only people with BDS would believe such a thing. Besides, those people that claim they know Bush was responsible for 9-11 owe it to the American people to come forward with all the facts and information they have pertaining to the tragedy or they are just as responsible for not divulging that information.
