ODI and Twenty/20 are different form of cricket. In an ODI if a team loose couple of wickets by 10th over, the team will be forced to play defencively in the remaining overs to play the full quota of overs and as such the scoring will be restricted. However, in Twenty/20 game, even if the team looses couple of early wickets by 10th over, they can still play attacking cricket as there are only 10 overs are left out. Both forms of cricket call for different skills.
While india have proved that they are better equipped for T20 form of cricket, they are still not a strong team in odi form of cricket.

it si clearly proved that india are the world champions in shorter vresion of the fame that is t20 20 world cup!!! it is becozz... it was a new team consiting of young generation like dhoni yuvraj uthappa rohit sharma irfan pathan etc..... they eew having spirt and the were in full josh!! that they can win the captin was not taking the preasuure on him that y india won t20 20 wc cheerzz for that

This shows that Indian team can win in a situation which is tense and more stressfull than normal cricket....but due to the inconsistancy of the players the team cant put up a fight in a longer overs game.........

although India have been comprehensivelhy defeated via AusItralia interior the final T20 journey, i've got faith that India's win of T20 worldwide Cup should not be seen as fluke as they defeated Australia and Pakistan on they thank you to win the call.

all the juniors wanted to prove themselves so they proved themthemselves whenever they got a small oppurtunity.they wanted to play their best.
and we proved to the whole world that it was not by luck that we won the 20-20 , by beating the aussies again.

with out talent and calibre the tournament could not be won.
The Australians would search reasons to discredit achievements of Asians
If Australia had won the T20 there would have been comments of talent only.

india STINKS. they just got lucky when they won that cup, everyone knows that.
lets see, pakistan were missing:
shoab akthar
mohammed yusuf
rao ifthikhar
abdul razzaq
inzimam-ul-haq
who were india missing?
sachin tandulker
who lost more players?
pakistan
not to mention that if afridi wudv made 6 runs and then get out they wudv won.
as for the odi, all the good teams(no india doesn't count) got eliminated. no doubt lanka and ausies were gonna face each other. and ausies won, as usual.
