Please help me find the perfect song...?

Question

Ok well I have had this friend of mine that I have liked for about a year and a half now and we have grown to be best friends. In the past few months of my senior year especially I see how my liking her is prohibiting us from being as good of friends as we could/should be. I need a good song about not liking someone anymore or pretending to not (because even though I will always have feelings for her our friendship comes first and maybe if I can convince everyone else that I don't like her in that way anymore I will be able to convince myself.) but it would be nice to be a song that isn't hatefule in anyway or bashing because her and I will always be friends. Rock would be nice. Any help is appreciated thanks =).
