Is the question, "what is the domain?".

If so, "domain" in math means all the numbers for which the expression makes sense. In this case, any number between minus infinity and plus infinity would make sense.

This is because there is no way that the "denominator" will be equal to 0 ( the only time the domain has restrictions).
The denominator is just 1...

As 0 and negative numbers don´t have log ( I suppose L means log) x must be >0
