190 -220, with typical temp of 210. this engine runs a tad hotter than others for some reason (most others about 190)

Depends on your themostats setting. Normal operating temp is 180. The thermostat will not open though until the temperature reaches around 210 then you will see the temp drop down to about 160 so your average would be about 180. I'm American so I don't know about celcius. lol

depends on what type of car it is in that engine is used in many gm vehicles but generally speaking 180 to 210 if it goes a little over 210 in the summer time it is OK
