Definitely disagree.
The richest people in the world never really seem to have real friends...
I don't want to be defined by money.
I want to define myself.

Hi, I would say that money is very important but it is not on top of everything else.... Quality of life nowadays is basically measured by how much money we have. Other people can argue about how being happy/satisfied or just having a loving family is more than enough. I beg to differ because money basically solve lots of problems. Money is not everything but it is involved most things. You should talk to your husband and finds out why he is obsessed with earning lots of money? Maybe he wanted to give you and his family a better life with more money. It is good to have an ambitious husband in my opinion rather than one that is easily satisfied. If you think you are neglected, you should communicate more with him and tell you how you feel.... good luck..

And this is Why: Moeny is a representation of the time and the effect you have made on the world. It is a symbol of "I have made a difference and I have contributed my part to make the world a better place." A person who has more money, in the capitalist world, has made a greater effect on the world. And with that money they can make an even greater effect on the world. As the saying goes "time is money" So for every penny you have that both is a certain amount of time spent, and a certain amount of time earned. Was that time well earned?
(but mostly to play devils advocate)

Disagree. Money makes a lot of things easier, but it's only a means to an end.

Disagree. Wisdom is the most important thing. Money cannot buy everything, but wisdom can. With wisdom comes health, good relationships, financial freedom, peace and peace of mind.
... for everything else, there's MasterCard..... but for EVERYTHING, there's wisdom!
Ask King Solomon - he got it right.

DISAGREE!!!!!!! God, and then Family, life, true real friends, honest love is far more important. you must have money...but what good is money to loose everything else. I'd rather be poor and be loved than rich and fear for my life. Something to think about...in the Bible...what good is it to gain the whole world and loose your soul? Same difference.

Nope money is just stuff. You cannot eat it or drink it.
Imagine you are a 1000 miles in the searing heat of the Sahara Desert and stranded with no help coming for maybe days. What is more use to you, a bag of money or a big bottle of water?
