The Tiger Barbs will have no issues with the bottom dwelling Cories. 5 Cories would be good to go with your nice school of Tigers. Keep in mind that a well decorated tank will offer the Cories hiding places if the Tiger Barbs initially pick on the new fish.

EDIT: Driftwood will not be eaten by fish... Plants might, but not driftwood (except for Plecostomus).

EDIT 2: Cories are shoaling fish and you should never keep a single or a pair of Cories. They will be very skittish and stressed.

the ten gallon is a lot to small for all those fish. Overcrowding will bring about aggression and likewise your tank gets very grimy till you have a great filter out. till you like your tiger barbs attacking your guppy's ( with the impressive tails) you could desire to furnish them room, and on no account placed them in a huge team, carry on with 2. additionally Danios may be particularly aggressive in great communities. make constructive your pairing your fish top. Guppy's will go impressive with platy's, molly's, and tetras of a few kinds.

Good choice, if you can buy a small piece of drift wood, it is a nice addition to the tank and is a natural food supplement for the fish.

I agree with almost everyone so far, just give them good numbers, just like your tiger barbs - they'll thank you for it.

i wouldnt get more than 2 or 3 depending on the type. albino corys tend to stay smaller than the other types, usually around 2 inches. my green corys quicly grew to over 5 inches each in a 20 gallon tank. i had a similar result with panda corys but my albinos always stay small.
