Where is the noise coming from? Under the car, At the steering wheel or where. If it's at the steering wheel it's probably the bearing in the steering shaft and will require the steering wheel removed to fix. If it's under the hood it could be the steering box, power steering pump or part of the linkage. Have a mechanic check it out for you. Everything can be fixed. It just takes $$$$$$$$$.

It can be fixed. Have the lower ball joints, inner and outer tie-rod ends, struts and CV joints checked by an independant mechanic, Chrysler dealer or alignment shop. I've listed them in that order, least expensive first.
