I need an idea for a play?

My friends and I are putting on a play in a winter theme. I need some idea's! I have characters and it needs to have Christmas in there. Not really about it just with it kind of in there. I have a pretty small space. A living room acutally. Its going to be a realistic ficiton play. With all girls I think. Thanks!

find a childrens book about Christmas and dramatise that, be sure you do not do it anywhere but in your living room.
