Previous posts are accurate that police in Ontario can only enter your home without a warrant if you invite them to do so, there is a risk to somebody's safety or they feel have time-sensitive evidence or suspects to support their actions; however, if the police seize evidence without a warrant, there is a real risk that the evidence will be excluded at any subsequent criminal trial.
