I had a huge crush on this good looking coworker,
he hid the fact that he had a gf ,
after months of being friends with him,
i decided to AVOID him,
at the same time I made a false dating ID online and when he wanted to go out with me I told him how about ur gf?
that was it,
then he knew I had been stalking him online,
then he avoided me too,
after that he tried to speak to me in front of our friends,
but I avoided him,
until halloween,I dressed up in disguise to his houseparty,
but he recognised me and smiled,
I AVOIDED HIM AGAIN!,
please help me with this obsession,I cant let him go,I cant go up to him and tell him I like him because I know he's still with his gf.
help me.

Hi, its tough to have a big infatuation or love for someone who is unavailable, but for your own sake and the sake of others you need to get yourself under good control. Be rational and tell yourself that you do not want him, you do not need him, you are a good person and will find the right person when the time is right and this guy and this time is not the right time for it. Tell yourself that it is no big deal, we all make silly mistakes and laugh at it as it really isn't a big deal, most of us, especially when we were young and perhaps lonely or upset about our life at some level, fell into a rather silly but intense obcession with someone. So just be easy on yourself, you are a complete person and capable of getting over anything you set your mind to. And besides that, tell yourself you do not want a boyfriend who is involved with someone else anyway, you deserve better than that. A good relationship is mutual and not sneaky or hidden. So resolve to get over this obcession and think to yourself that it is no big deal, it was silly but natural to most people at some time in their lives, but now you are no longer going to worry about him. Just practice by repeatedly and with real devotion telling yourself you do not need him, you are free and he is free, etc....until you truly start to believe this. It is of no good to you to want someone who isn't available and doesn't want you and even if he did but has a girlfriend you don't need a relationship like that. You deserve a good boyfriend someday so look to the future and make yourself get over him by what you think and remember it is no big deal, and in time, perhaps even a day or so, you will be over him.

Just go on being yourself , and let him chase you if he wants to , but you look the other direction , Like ,see if you can find another guy to laugh with , if this guy likes you ,,he'll chase you , lead him around a minuet , but look at someone else while your waiting ,laugh with another guy

in order to get over him, you need to find someone new. go out and explore different males. maybe you'll find someone better suited for you, because obviously this man isn't...
